We're dedicated to helping adults aged 40-60 rediscover strength, confidence, and vitality through specialized fitness programs designed for your life stage.

Our Beginning

acerby.info LLC started in 2019 because we noticed a gap. Most gyms cater to younger crowds, and the programs don't acknowledge what your body actually needs at 40, 50, or 60. We're different. We've trained over 500 adults in this age range — from swimmers getting back in the water after years away to people trying CrossFit for the first time.

The founders understood this challenge firsthand. They'd been coaching for decades, but saw so many adults give up on fitness because they felt out of place. That wasn't acceptable. So we built something specific: indoor swimming lanes with shallow-water strength work, beginner CrossFit sessions focused on form over speed, and strength workshops that actually respect how joints and muscles work at this stage of life.

Today, we're running monthly trainer challenge marathons where members compete in their own way. It's not about being fastest. It's about pushing yourself, supporting each other, and proving you're stronger than you think.

Indoor Swimming Lanes

Six dedicated lanes with varying depths. We've got swim coaches who understand joint-friendly movements and building endurance without impact stress.

CrossFit Beginner Sessions

We don't start with complex movements. Foundation first — mobility, basic lifts, breathing patterns. Three sessions per week, small groups, lots of individual attention.

Strength Training Workshops

Monthly workshops on specific topics: knee health, shoulder stability, core strength for posture. Two hours, hands-on, taught by coaches who've worked with hundreds in your age group.

Personal Training

One-on-one coaching tailored to your goals, limitations, and schedule. We assess movement patterns and build progressions that actually make sense for your body.

Monthly Trainer Challenge Marathons

Not a race. A celebration where you push yourself. Swimming, strength events, functional challenges. You set your own intensity. Everyone cheers.

Group Classes

Structured group sessions focused on community. You'll train with people at similar levels, facing similar challenges. It changes everything when you're not alone.
